Lower body strength

Today’s practice will focus on lower body strenght and flexibility: expect a long standing sequence, and stretching on the mat.

For the practice you will need a mat, a couple of blocks (or books if you don’t have them at home) and a strap (but you can practice also without it).

The practice pace is 3 breaths per pose: let your Ujjayhi lead the way.
