Hamstrings

Today's practice will start with Kapalbhati, the breath of fire.

The asanas will focus on hamstrings stretch and strenght.

For the practice you will need a mat and a couple of blocks.

The practice pace is 3 breaths per pose: let your Ujjayhi lead the way.
