Binds & Twists
Today’s practice is made of a long standing flow focusing primarily on binds. For the practice you will need a mat, a couple of blocks (or books if you don’t have them at home) and a strap (but you can practice also without it).
The practice pace is 3 breaths per pose: let your Ujjayhi lead the way.
