What students need to practice online?

You would need a yoga mat, two blocks, and wear comfortable clothing.

How long are the yoga sessions?

My classes run 60 minutes maximum, some shorter 30-40-50 minutes.

Do you offer private yoga sessions?

Yes, I provide 1 to 1 yoga sessions tailored to your goals, whether it’s stress relief, flexibility, strength building, or injury recovery support.

Is yoga safe during pregnancy?

If a pregnant woman was practicing yoga prior become pregnant, she can continue her practice with the needed modifications. If first time practicing yoga, I suggest she finds a pregnancy yoga class.

Can yoga help reduce stress and anxiety?

Absolutely. Yoga combines breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques that help calm the mind and reduce stress levels.

How do I book a class?

You can book the online live class on Mondays from the website, or get the packages for the on demand library which allows you to practice whenever you want at your own pace.

How often should I practice yoga?

For best results, practicing 2–3 times per week is recommended. However, even one class per week can make a positive difference.
