Leg stretch
Today we will focus on stretching the hamstrings.
Remembering always to keep the leg muscles engaged while stretching: this not only will allow you to stretch deeper and with more control, but also, will avoid to overstretch and hurt yourself. Keep the legs active: what I mean by it?
Simply contracting the quadriceps.
The easiest way to do that is to keep the kneecaps up: this will naturally activate the quads
