10 -Rocket

Rocket series 1 with drills to strengthen the body and make the sequence more playful.

We will start with alternated nostril breathing.

For the practice you will need a mat and a couple of blocks.

The practice pace is 3 breaths per pose: let your Ujjayhi lead the way.
